Payment Payment must be received up front for all items, including made-to-order items and custom work. Once payment is received, ready-to-ship items will ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items will be added to my queue, which can be viewed here: http://corlista.tumblr.com/post/42274713629/queue

Turn-around time on made-to-order items may fluctuate with the volume and complexity of open orders. In general, production time is 2-3 months for made-to-order crochet items and often shorter for non-crochet items. Please refer to the specific listing for an estimated turn-around time.

Price quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days.

Shipping All packages are shipped via USPS First Class (or USPS First Class International) unless restricted by weight. Tracking/customs numbers are included in the shipping cost and will be sent via email when your item ships.

International buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes as per their country’s policies.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held liable for packages lost in the post UNLESS shipping insurance is purchased. Please contact me before purchasing a listing if you’d like to purchase insurance as your shipping rate will increase. Otherwise, please contact your postal service with the tracking/customs number provided in your shipping notification if you believe your package is lost.

If items with different production times (i.e. – a made-to-order item and a ready-to-ship item) are purchased in the same order, items will ship at the later production time unless other arrangements have been made. If you’d like to separate your order into multiple shipments, additional shipping fees will be required.


Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they are completed, but will be subject to a 20% convenience fee (to cover purchased supplies, etc.) at my discretion. Please read the listings carefully and understand the terms of your purchase.

I generally do not offer refunds on completed orders, but I will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for details if you have a problem with your order, and I’ll do my best to make it right! All returns are subject to 20% convenience fee.

I do not offer refunds on digital patterns due to the nature of these items.
